千誌電子於1986年由董事長陳初誌先生創立，1996年在深圳增建第二廠 “ 千誌電子 (深圳)有限公司”， 現有員工總人數達到450人，產品以各類形電阻器為主。
千誌電子在2006年成立了“深圳市鑫興志實業有限公司”，在先進的研發技術與多年的經驗累積基礎上，設計了多款電阻生產設備，如 切割機、焊接機、成型機、玻纖繞線機等電阻專用設備。公司自創建以來，不斷開發新產品及擴展生產線，已經打造出自我的電子品牌，並在競爭激烈的電子市場取得一席地位。
此外， 千誌電子為了滿足日新月異的國內、外市場及全球對產品日益增長的需求量，2015年, 於中國湖北高新區設立''千志電子科技(湖北)有限公司，專業從事傳統電阻, 被動電子元器件為主。
